  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    Credit Card and Proof of Full-Coverage Insurance must be presented at the time of rental. Minimum age of driver is 21 years old.

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    These rates are subject to the availability of the vehicle class. Credit Card and Proof of Full-Coverage Insurance must be presented at the time of rental. Minimum age of driver is 21 years old. We handle reservations on a first come first serve basis. If total free miles are exceeded a charge of 24 cents per mile will apply. A 7% AirportUser Fee will apply to all customers that we pick up from Rapid City Regional Airport or drop the vehicle off at Rapid City Regional Airport. A $10.00 Service Charge will apply to the vehicles returned with less fuel than when started. A charge may apply for the delivery and pickup of a vehicle to campgrounds and resorts in and around theBlack Hills. All reservations are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.

    Additional driver fee is $7.50 per day.

  • RENTAL COVERAGES

    Loss damage waiver is $22.60 per day.
    Personal accident insurance is $3.95 per day.
    Supplemental liability insurance is $10.00 per day.

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    A $10.00 Service Charge will apply to the vehicles returned with less fuel than when started.
