  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    Rent-A-Wreck is our vehicle provider in Billings. Free pick up and drop off service to and from Billings International Airport.
    Call us at (406) 245-9008 when you land to be picked up at the airport.
    You can not schedule a pick up, you must call us when you land.

    If picking up before 7am, or after 6pm, it will be an unattended after hours rental. We will contact you for your drivers license and payment information, and the day of send you the contract via docusign.
    You will pick up your car at the airport in Short Term Parking. You will be responsible for paying the parking costs, which can be up to $15.00 this cost will not be reimbursed.

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    FREE SHUTTLE FOR AIRPORT PICKUP AND RETURN CALL FOR DETAILS. OFFICE HOURS: M-F 8-6 Sat 8-6 and Sun 8-5
    Non-refundable Reservation Deposit: $50 for cars, $100 for trucks, suvs, and minivans. $300 for 15p Vans
    Make sure you call 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm your reservation. Driver license, credit card (minimum $250 deposit for debit cards), insurance declaration, must be present, all in the same name. Driver must have valid Credit Card. 
    Insurance Requirements: Liability only requires min $30/d CDW. No liability or no insurance requires min $60/d CDW. Driver must have copy of valid insurance towaive CDW. Rates based on 24hr/7day week, Valid for30 days. Rates for phone Reservations may differ. Vehicle Class/Model may vary. Different rates ForTowing Rentals. Vehicles subject to availability. $3.00/day License, registration and MT 4% rental tax fees apply. Drivers 21-25: $10 fee/day extra. Traveling outside office 500 mile radius must be disclosed at time of rental. Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel they were rented with, $4.65 per gallon if not. Reservations can’t be held past 2 hours of scheduled pickup time unless prior notification. EARLY RETURN 25% of total estimated rental. All rentals before 8am and after 8pm require a $50 after hours pick up fee.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    Additional drivers pay $9.99 including spouses.

  • AFTER HOURS RETURN

    For after hours returns, there are 2 options.
    Unattended Lot Drop: Free. Return the car to our lot, park it in front of the building, then put the keys in the drop box.
    Airport Drop: $30.00. Return car to airport, park it in Long Term Parking, put keys in glove box and go on your way. Must set this up ahead of time.
    Note: You will be responsible for anything that happens to the car until it is checked in the next morning.

  • RENTAL COVERAGES

    Customer must have proof of full coverage insurance or purchase our CDW.

  • RENTAL RESTRICTIONS

    Customers can go as far as they wish, but if traveling past a 500 mile radius, they are responsible for vehicle break downs.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    We accept all major credit cards and debit/check cards. There is up to a $500.00 deposit for debit/check card customers.

    All DEBIT/CHECK CARDS require up to a $500.00 deposit.

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    Must bring vehicle back with same amount of fuel as it went out with.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    Driver's license, credit card or debit card tied to a bank account., and insurance card (must be full coverage) required at time of pick up. Minimum age to rent is 21 with a $10.00 underage fee if under 25.

    We do not accept cash, check, or prepaid/payroll cards for rentals.

    Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle.
