Shuttle operates between Lihue Airport and our office at 3030 Peleke St, Lihue. Shuttle runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday and 9 AM to 4 PM Saturdays.

Additional drivers are allowed for an additional charge of $15 per day. Any additional drivers must provide their own proof of insurance.

We accept customers' personal full coverage insurance policies. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional and not required to rent a vehicle. CDW does not provide coverage for tire, windshield, or undercarriage damage.
CDW is $30 per day, with a $500 deductible.
Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is $24.00 per day, with a $0 deducible.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is $7 per day, with a $500 deducible
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) up to $1Million of coverage, is $12.99 per day, with a $0 deductible

Customers must provide proof of liability and collision insurance. Supplemental insurance is available for purchase.

Off-roading or travel on unpaved roads is strictly prohibited. Additional fees for misuse of vehicle.

We accept all major credit cards. Debit cards may be accepted with additional verification and proof of full coverage insurance.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Refueling charges apply otherwise.

All renters and drivers must present a valid, unexpired driver’s license. International licenses accepted with a valid passport.
Minimum rental age is 21.

Drop-off at a different location is not permitted. All vehicles must be returned to the pickup location.

Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana—is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of up to $300 will be charged if any smoke odor or residue is detected. Off-roading is not allowed under any circumstances; vehicles must remain on paved roads at all times. A $500 fee will be charged for any violation, and the renter may be held liable for all related damages. Vehicles must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, sand, stains, spills, or trash may result in additional cleaning fees. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers will void all coverage and may incur contract penalties. Pets are not allowed unless secured in an appropriate carrier; damage or mess caused by pets may result in charges. Renters are responsible for all traffic tickets, toll violations, and parking fines incurred during the rental. Any accidents or vehicle damage must be reported to us immediately—failure to do so may void coverage. If a vehicle is towed or impounded during the rental, the renter is responsible for all related fees and administrative costs. Late returns are subject to additional hourly or daily charges. Do not ignore warning lights or mechanical issues; continued use of a malfunctioning vehicle may result in full liability for any resulting damage. Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, transporting hazardous materials, or any illegal purposes.

Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712%) and a State Rental Surcharge (RV-2 tax) of $7.00 per day apply to all rentals.

Late returns may be subject to additional fees. Vehicles returned excessively dirty or with damage may incur charges.
