RETURN: Please return your vehicle to the following address: 6855 Will Clayton Parkway, Houston, Texas 77338. Park in the designated return area in front of the office. Ensure all your belongings are removed, the fuel tank is full, and all doors and windows are securely closed.
REQUIRED: Use your phone to scan the QR code on the keychain and follow the steps for the return inspection, including taking pictures and videos as instructed. Once completed, use the Key Drop located at the main door of the office to securely scan and drop the keys. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the process.
Take the 24h Hours Hotels shuttle to the airport. SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM 7:00 AM TO 10:30 PM EVERY 25 MINUTES.

Additional Driver - USD 14.99 per day rental.

- Late return policy: For a Late Returning customer a grace period will be allowed of 60 minutes from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not at the booking rate. - One way rentals are not allowed without previous authorization at the counter - Out of hour returns, customer will drop off the vehicle keys at the designated key drop box, and rental agreement will be closed the next following business day. Out of Hours collections are not allowed.

CDW in not included in the cost of the rental. The customer has to provide his own CDW to cover the vehicle. This CDW can be provided by the credit card, personal insurance (we only accept Geico, AllState, state farm, progressive and USAA) or waiver protection offered by the third-party website (remember third party website insurance only covers CDW, Third party liability will be required to be purchased at the counter).

CDW with $5.000 is available for purchase at the counter.

MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN COVER
Mechanical Breakdown Cover Is Included in the Rental Price Quoted. This coverage would become invalid if the breakdown is due to customers negligence.
THEFT WAIVER INSURANCE (TW)
Theft Protection for the vehicle is not included in the costs of the rental.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver is not included in the costs of the rental. Please note: In common the coverage does not cover damage to windows, tires, the roof, underside & interior of the vehicle, towing charges or damage caused negligently, willfully or recklessly as well as key, car documents, manual, lighter, wiper blade, cargo cover, tool kit, or registration plates or any parts stolen / missing for the interior and exterior.
SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (SLI)
Supplemental Liability Insurance is not included in the costs of the rental and is available for purchase at the counter. This coverage would reduce customers responsibility against any third party liabiltiu and reduce the security deposit up to $250.
TIRE AND WINDSHIELD INSURANCE (T&W)
Tire and Windshield Insurance is not included in the cost of the rental but is available at the rental desk for purchase at a cost of 9.99 USD per day excluding tax. Only front Windshield is covered under this policy any other glass would be customer’s responsibility.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVER
Mechanical Breakdown is included in the rental cost. Roadside assistance / Breakdown Cover due to driver negligence, ie miss fueling, driver fault accident, flat tire, low battery etc is not Included in the Rental Price Quoted but can be purchased at the rental desk at a cost of 9.99 USD per day excluding tax.
IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT
In the event of an accident the customer must return the vehicle along with a police report,
a claim number (the customer must initiate the claim through their insurance, if the customer
opted to use their own insurance) and pay the vehicle damage fee determined at the counter after checking the status of the vehicle. If the customer does not provide a police report, all insurances purchased will be considered null and void.
INSURANCE
If customer is using their own insurance, It must specify coverage limits and inclusions, policy number and effective date. Proof can be shown in the form of paper documents. We accept insurance from the following US companies ONLY: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, USAA. If you plan on using your own insurance, you must show at the counter the ID card + declaration page which has to match the name, last name and address of the renter. Insurance must include a minimum pick up state requirements liability coverage as well as full Collision and Comprehensive and flooded coverage for rental vehicles. Insurance from Puerto Rico, Canada or any other country outside of the US is not accepted.
If customer is using their own insurance, then the proof of insurance shown must be valid for a minimum of 45 days in order for it to be accepted.
CREDIT CARD CDW - THIRD PARTY WEBSITE INSURANCE
Credit Card or Website Insurance is accepted but please note this does not cover Third Party Liability so the customer must purchase Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) with the cover of 500,000.00 USD at the counter for a cost from $24,99 to $50 USD per day excluding tax.
PARTIAL DAMAGE WAIVER (PDW)
We do not offer this product.
CDW DEDUCTIBLE (CDWD)
CDW with 5.000 deductible is available for purchase at the counter from $29.99 a day.

The Minimum Driving Age for this rental is 21.
The Maximum Driving Age for this rental is 80.
CROSS BORDER / STATE LINES FEES
Vehicles cannot be taken out of the state of Texas. If a customer cross a border or a state line, then a fine of 2,500 USD is payable and the customers agrees to immediately pay this. Vehicle insurance only covers the customer in the state of Texas. Outside of Texas the vehicle is not insured.
MILEAGE POLICY
Special mileage limits may apply to local renters.
The following mileage limits apply to local renters: 50 miles per day
All residents of the rental state are considered local renters.
All renters who do not present a round-trip ticket that includes the rental period are considered local renters.

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa Credit Card, Mastercard Credit Card, Discover Credit Card and Diners Club Credit Card.
No cash or prepaid Cards accepted (cashapp, venmo..)
If you use a debit card to pay for the rental charges, a debit card fee will apply.
Security deposit must be authorized in a major credit card. For Debit security deposits verification of insurance will be required and additional fees may apply.
DEPOSIT
A deposit by pre-authorization of the customer’s credit up to 1000.00 USD is required on all vehicles.
Customer's will be able to leave a deposit via major credit card only. If the customer gets into an accident during the rental, the security deposit will be held until we receive full payment from the insurance company or the renter.

Local tax 7%, location surcharge and vehicle license fee are included in the price quoted. Airport conception fee is not included in the price quoted.
We do our best to ensure that all the prices we display are inclusive of tax. However, please keep in mind that local taxes and fees, like airport surcharges, may be additionally applied by the Supplier on locally paid extra charges, like optional equipment and age-related fees. Local taxes and fees are controlled by local authorities and the Suppliers and may be subject to change.

General Fuel Policy
The Supplier will not refund the cost of unused fuel when you return the vehicle.

Refueling Fees
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel in the tank than indicated in the Rental Document, you will have to pay a Refueling Fee ($25 USD) and for the missing fuel upon returning the vehicle.

OTHER INFORMATION
All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of gas are not included.

Drivers must present a fully valid national driver's license at the time of rental with no major endorsements and must have held the license for a minimum period of 1 year, no temporary licenses will be accepted and Passport or Identification card. International driving license is required for customers whose license is not written in Roman alphabet. (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.). For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. Original license without translation will not be accepted and the rental reservation maybe cancelled. A valid credit card or debit card in the name of the main driver must be provided at the time of the rental.
YOUNG / SENIOR DRIVERS FEE
Young / Senior Drivers Fee is not included in the rental price quoted but is payable at the rental desk.
DRIVER AGE
The Minimum Driving Age for this rental is 21.
The Maximum Driving Age for this rental is 80.
The following Surcharges Apply
Drivers Age 21 to 24, 50 USD per day excluding tax to a maximum of 500.00 USD
Drivers Age 71 to 80, 13.99 USD per day excluding tax to a maximum of 500.00 USD
The Driver surcharges are not included in the rental cost quoted and are payable at the rental desk.

LOCAL RENTERS
Texas License / Local Residents with a return flight are required to leave a holding deposit of up to 2,000.00 USD and have a maximum mileage allowance of 50 miles per day.
Texas / Local Residents that do not have a return flight must provide 2 documents showing proof of residency and will be required to leave a holding deposit of up to 2,000.00 USD and have a maximum mileage allowance of 50 miles per day.

EXTRAS
Extra equipment and services are all available on request and subject to local availability at the time of pick-up. You need to pay fees and charges for such extras locally to the rental vehicle provider upon pick-up.
If any of the optional extras you purchase are lost, damaged, or stolen, penalty fees will apply. Please contact us directly for details.
Additional Driver - USD 14.99 per day rental
Booster Cushion - For children approx. 65-100 lbs (approx. 7-12 years) - USD 9.99 per day of rental.
Child Booster Seat - For children approx. 40-100 lbs (approx. 4-12 years) - USD 9.99 per day of rental.
Infant Seat - For children approx. 0-20 lbs (approx. 0-12 months) - USD 9.99 per day of rental.
Navigation System (GPS) - USD 9.99 per day of rental.
Toddler Seat - For children approx. 20-40 lbs (approx. 1-3 years) - USD 9.99 per day of rental.
Please note that a maximum of 3 Additional Drivers are allowed.
CANCELATIONS
The Reservation has to be cancelled at least 24 hours before pick up time. If the reservation is cancelled within the 24 hours before pick up time, Please keep in mind that cancelation fees up to $50 may apply.
RENTAL EXTENSIONS
Car rental extensions must be made directly with the supplier and are subject to availability and market rates of the days.
