PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
PICK UP PROCEDURE (FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE): Take the Skyconnect People Mover to the rental car center. When you are at the car rental center, follow the signs to exit the airport and take the JC CAR RENTAL/PRICELESS/HDC/RENT-A-WRECK shuttle to the rental office. The trip is 1 mile and usually takes 15 minutes.

In case you use your credit card insurance, you should have a liability limit of $300,000 on your credit card. If the customer uses their own insurance, the customer's liability amount for the rented car is up to 2000 USD. If the client uses their own insurance, an additional charge of USD 10 per day applies.
A block will be placed on the client's credit card for a SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $2000, if they use their own insurance.
If the insurance policy for the client's vehicle does not meet the conditions requested for the rental, the vehicle rental service will not be processed.RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
The rental vehicles cannot be taken out of the state of Florida, in case this happens the client will have a fine of $2000.00 penalty, the same will be charged to his credit card.FINANCIAL POLICIES
ONLY: MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress credit card are accepted. Only cards issued in the name of the main driver are accepted.

The office sales tax of 7.5 % is not included in the rental price and will be additionally collected at the rental counter.REFUELING POLICIES
EQUAL - EQUAL / Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel they had at the time of rental.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
The following documents are required upon pickup: passport, valid driver's license, valid credit card, proof of reservation. in the name of the main driver.
Clients must present a complete and valid driving license with a minimum age of 2 years before the start date of the rental and without important guarantees. A valid ID card and passport must be requested at the time of pickup.
An International Driver's License (IDL) is required if the renter's National Driver's License is not in English. The international driver's license must be accompanied by the driver's original national license. If you do not have this document, the counter will indicate the steps to follow to make your reservation. (Applies to International renters only).
The minimum driver age requirement is 21 years, and the maximum age is 74 years.OTHER POLICIES
A grace period of 1 hour from the delivery time is allowed. After the grace period, a $25 per hour late fee will apply. From the third hour of delay, the full rental day will be charged.
