PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
COURTESY SHUTTLE INSTRUCTIONS
After picking up your luggage please take the MIA Metro Mover towards the Rental Car Center. Once at the Rental Car Center please head over to the "off airport courtesy shuttles" area and wait between station 1 and or 2. Our shuttle runs nonstop and stops at the center every 15 to 20 minutes approximately. Look for the shuttle with Rent a Wreck or GO Rent a CAr logo on it. There is an additional charge for each driver of $14.99 per day.
Underage additional drivers are allowed and subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees plus tax.
All drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation at pick up.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A senior driver fee of $14.99 USD plus tax per day applies to drivers aged 70 and above.AFTER HOURS RETURN
After hours dropoffs (10:01 PM to 6:59 AM)are available for an additional charge of $99.00RENTAL COVERAGES
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included but available at the counter for an additional price CDW starts at $29.99 per day.
In order to use the renter's own insurance, renter must provide proof of TPL and CDW coverage under renter's name issued by one of the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, Xfinity, USAA, ESurance, Farmers and NationWide. Insurance policies are only accepted only if issued in the following country(ies): USA. Insurance must include a minimum USD 300,000.00 liability coverage and provide full (supplemental liability and collision) for a rental vehicle
Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page, liability insurance (SLI) , that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date, insurance declaration page, that matches with the home address on the driving license.
If using own insurance, renter must provide an insurance ID card with the exact coverage shown and the same name and address as on the driver license. Insurance from outside the US is not accepted.
If you provide your own insurance, you will be charged an administrative fee of 14.99 USD per day. Otherwise, the renter will be required to purchase TPL and CDW for an additional charge.
A deposit is required at the time of rental. Some locations may require deposit equal to excess/deductible for some insurance types. Most deposits will be refunded within 12-15 days of drop off.RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Unlimited mileage is not restricted to travel in FL State limits except for Florida drivers license holders. If vehicle is driven beyond this state a penalty fee up to $1000.00 + tax will be applied + 0.99 c/mile. For Florida drivers is limited to 50 miles per day, the excess is 0.99c/mile (plus tax).FINANCIAL POLICIES
Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa.
Name on credit card has to match with renter's name.
Any virtual payment (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, Chime)
Please note: An additional 3.9% fee will be charged when processing the payment for the rental.

The vehicle fuel policy its back to back if we provided with a full tank must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of USD 8.99/gallon will be charge.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum rental age is 21 years. A young driver fee of $29.99 USD plus tax per day applies to drivers 24 years old or younger.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A senior driver fee of $12.99 USD plus tax per day applies to drivers aged 70 and above.
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT : The drivers license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the rental starding date.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card.
Florida residents are required to pay $1,000 deposit in order to rent.
It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers. There is a charge from of 14.99 USD plus tax per day per additional driver.

Rental Period - The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, the renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
It is the renter’s responsibility to check the vehicle thoroughly at pickup time. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when rented (interior and exterior must be acceptable for further rental without cleaning) to avoid standard cleaning charges of up to $250.00 plus taxes. In case the renter is not satisfied with the condition of the car, the rental agent must be informed immediately of its replacement.
Excessive staining, internal damage, smoking, or unpleasant odors will result in an additional charge of $250.00 plus taxes. EARLY RETURN/LATE PICK-UP/LATE DROP-OFF: a) There are no refunds for early returns. All amounts paid at the counter are non-refundable. No exceptions. b) If the renter does not appear within 2 hours after the scheduled pick-up time, THE COMPANY has the right to declare a NO-SHOW event and not provide a car in case the renter shows up later unless the customer contacts and notifies the rental agency prior about the change, where the reservation is subject to the availability of our vehicles. If THE COMPANY had the vehicle available after placing a NO-SHOW on the reservation, a reinstatement fee of up to $45.00 plus taxes may be applied. c) The vehicle must be returned by the date and time indicated in the Rental Agreement. There is a 1-hour (120 Min) grace period to return the vehicle free of charge, depending on the hour of pick up. Otherwise, the late return charge of up to the same value as the daily rate plus tax may be applied.

All cancellations must be through the original booking source or notified in writing to our email info@gorentacar.us If you do not present any of the required documents, the documentation is not valid, the driver´s license is expired or you do not have enough funds available in the costume’s credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to deliver the vehicle and no amount will be refunded. Any changes in pick-up time need to be notified by writing to our email info@gorentacar.us at least 48 hours prior to the reservation pick-up time to confirm availability. If the agency is notified within less than 48 hours, the same vehicle category is not guaranteed for the rental vehicle or category. The mentioned car makes and models are indicative only. Vehicles of the same class and make may be provided. Rates are calculated based on collection/return to the same rental location unless a different pick-up and drop-off location has been specified in the reservation. Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis from the scheduled pick-up time. Additional charges for extra equipment are paid locally. Service is not provided for an unconfirmed reservation. Multiple or duplicate reservations must be in different names, or those reservations may not be honored and are subject to an admin fee.
LOST KEYS OR FOBS: The Lost key charge starts at $450.00 plus tax (subject to vehicle model) if keys or fobs are lost or badly damaged plus keys/fobs delivery cost or vehicle towing cost to our nearest location. If you locked the keys or key fobs inside the vehicle and request an assistance from us, we will charge you for the cost of delivering replacement keys (key fobs) or unlocking the Vehicle or towing the Vehicle to our nearest location depending on the circumstances. All these charges may be deducted from the customer’s security deposit.
The driver's license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year before the date of the start of the rental. The following documents are required to pick up the car: a valid driver's license, credit card matching the main driver`s name, Passport or ID card, and Full Insurance coverage Proof.
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. If you smoke in one of our vehicles you will be charged for additional cleaning up of $250 plus tax.
