  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    Pick up address is 957 Foxon Rd East Haven, CT 06513
    We aren't located at Tweed New Haven Airport.

    Tweed Airport free pick up and drop off for 3-day rental minimum.
    PICK UP MUST BE SET UP WITH LOCATION. We do not pick up/drop off before 9:30 am or after 4:00 pm

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    Rates are for reservations booked online. All rates based on 24 hr day, 7 day week. Rates for phone reservations may differ. Rates are for class of vehicle, models may vary. Quoted rates are for one driver, over 25, with a  major credit card. Debit cards are not considered major credit cards. Deposit is 250.00 or 350.00 depending on major credit card or debit card, plus rental paid at time of pick up. Quoted rates are also for vehicles staying within a 100 mile radius of the rental office. Rates include limited mileage based on the size of the vehicle. Vehicles are rented clean with Fuel and must be returned the same way or additional charges will apply.
    We now offer low rates that include 0 freemiles with .35 per mile!

  • PREPAID POLICY

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    Additional driver fee is $10.00/day per driver.

  • RENTAL RESTRICTIONS

    Vehicles are allowed anywhere up and down the coast line and east of Mississippi.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    We accept major credit cards, bank-issued debit cards no prepaid or online banking cards. Cash payments for rental amount not deposit. There is a $300.00-$500.00 deposit on a credit card/ bank-issued debit cards, and cash customers just need to pay the deposit with a credit card.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    All debit cards are subject to a one time $15.00 debit card fee, that is not included in the price and the estimated rental plus a $300 security deposit. Major credit cards $300.00 DEPOSIT but no additional fee. Valid driver's license, major credit card, proof of liability insurance, and rental paid in full required at time of pick up. Insurance can be provided in the form of an auto liability policy in the renter's name that provides coverage for rental vehicles, or through a credit card that provides coverage, or by purchasing our own coverage. Minimum age to rent is 21, and renters ages 21-24 pay a $20.00 underage fee.

    Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle.

  • OTHER POLICIES

    All renters and additional drivers must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and have a major credit or debit card in their name. Temporary driver’s licenses and/or paper driver’s licenses are not accepted. Digital licenses are not accepted. Any driver's license that is mutilated, broken, taped, cracked, or illegible in any way will not be accepted. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period. Photocopies of driver’s licenses are not accepted. “Learner’s Permits” are not accepted. Any license that, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted. Licenses from outside of the USA or Canada require an international driver's permit. Any non-US customers will be required to provide a passport at the time of pickup.
