    PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

    Local Customers:
    go directly to ABC Parking at 901 North Ave East. Elizabeth NJ 07201. Receive your keys to your rental and start your trip.

    Flying Customers:
    Proceed to baggage claim and pick up your luggage
    Call for a shuttle from ABC Parking at 908-354-3444
    Give the claim number for your rental to the ABC parking agent
    Follow their instructions on where to wait for the shuttle at your terminal.

    Receive your keys to your rental and start your trip
    ABC PARKING agents will not be able to answer any questions about the rental so contact us with any questions about the rental

    If your arrival is scheduled after 5 pm, please call a representative at (973)361 3044 between 9 am to 5 pm to assist you.

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

    Drive to ABC Parking (901 North Ave East. Elizabeth NJ 07201)
    See the attendant for a NEW claim number

    Take the shuttle to head to your terminal for your flight
    Have a safe flight!

    VERY IMPORTANT

    You must call Rent-A-Wreck before boarding your flight with the information requested to avoid additional rental charges. Your phone call to us with the information requested is our way to know when you returned the rental.

    The rental must be returned free of garbage to avoid a cleaning fee ($25-350 fee applies)

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    -You will be entering into a electronic contract after reservation, please keep an eye on your email from a company called DocuSign. 
    -All reservations are subject to a $25 cancelation fee, once contracts are signed they are non refundable. 
    -Please call if you need a vehicle with in 24 hours to check for availability.
     

  • PREPAID POLICY

    -You will be entering into a electronic contract after reservation, please keep an eye on your email from a company called DocuSign.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    There is an additional driver fee of $15.00 per driver per day.

  • RENTAL RESTRICTIONS

    Vehicles that come with unlimited mileage are restricted to only travel in the following states: NJ, NY, PA, CT. Any additional states must be approved by rental location and a nominal fee will be added to each rental day.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. When using a major credit card we take the estimated rental amount up front plus a $100 security deposit, with debit cards they must be attached to a checking account and you must have proof of car insurance. A one time $15 debit card fee is added to the price of the rental plus a $200 security deposit.

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    Please return it with the same fuel you started with on the rental.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    Renters ages 21-24 pay an underage fee of $15.00 per day.
